“Can I see your General Price List?”

“Attended the Perry County Chamber of Commerce Networking Event held here on September 11, 2024. Street parking only. There is no parking lot. Family run business that is affiliated with 3 other funeral homes. Owns their own crematory, so your loved one never leaves their care. Green burials are available. Meaning: Deceased placed directly in the ground without a casket or embalming. You can inquire about all the particulars. Pre-planning is available with knowledgeable staff. Does hold educational events throughout the year.”

“When my Dad passed away I called and left 5 different messages asking if they would please call me so I could arrange a time to go see him. No one returned my calls. I called a 6th time and finally got put through to the funeral director to be told my sisters and I weren’t allowed to see him. No exceptions. I tried to post on my Dad’s tribute wall and the post was deleted. Again unprofessional. Would never recommend if this is how a business conducts themselves during a period of grief.”
