Auriana assisted me with my pre-planning as well as setting up quarterly flower placement on my parents’ gravesite. She was also very proactive in getting the VA plaque for my dad’s site — she handled everything smoothly and kept me updated every step of the way. From the first conversation, Auriana was incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable. She never rushed me and made sure every detail was exactly what I wanted. Her genuine care and attention turned what could have been stressful into something peaceful and reassuring. The grounds at Oaknoll are beautiful and so well maintained — a perfect, serene place to honor my parents. If you’re looking for someone who truly goes above and beyond, Auriana is the one. “We had the best experience at Oaknoll Memorial Garden with my Mothers burial and choosing of her marker. Auriana helped me choose a marker for my sweet Mom and was so patient and understanding of how hard this was for me. I had a very hard time getting through it without crying, she gave me all the time I needed and was so very kind. She promised me she would keep me informed on when it would be done and delivered.. she kept her promise. It only took 4 weeks to get there and they had it placed on her grave the next day. We waited 2 weeks to put flowers on my moms grave for her Birthday and Auriana remembered me telling her that and text me the day before to let me know the grass had been cut and my moms grave looked nice for her birthday. “My daughter and I had to stop in the office yesterday and we spoke with Victoria, Auriana and Javis. They were all AMAZING to us. While there a family member of mine actually called Victoria and frankly was being very rude. I apologized multiple times for the person but Victoria handled it very respectfully and professionally! As well as still treating my daughter and I with the upmost respect during all of the chaos. Auriana even offered us snacks while we were waiting. And Javis went above and beyond to resolve the issue even though the cemetery was at no actual fault. When families are grieving that’s really the type of people you need, I cannot stress enough how kind, respectful and understanding they all were! Thank you again guys!”
