Know Your Rights
The FTC Funeral Rule protects you. Every funeral home must provide an itemized General Price List if you ask — in person or over the phone. You are never required to buy a package and can choose services individually. You also have the right to use a casket purchased elsewhere.

Good morning my mom passed away at home I contacted them and they came for her right away. She was handled with such care and they genuinely sympathized with us. They were held up a bit because of the medical not being signed off on but everything else they had perfectly taken care of. I had asked for extra vials so that way my sister and I could just get the vials and not have to take from her urn and they did that for me perfectly I got 10 miles they were so nice about it and then they were able as well to give me a fingerprints. So that way my children and I could make tattoos with the prints. When we went to pick it up but they were just so sweet and caring and concerned for our well-being and explained how well they took care of my mother at this time.
