“Terrible terrible terrible. They do not respect the wishes of family! They want to manipulate and fuss at you like you're a child while you go through unthinkable grief. They hurry to start performing the embalming so that they say you can't change funeral homes and must use them. They don't care about anything except how deep in your pocket they can get. Please please please at least call a different funeral home to find out prices and options before you use Young's. The funeral home my family used in Alexandria cost half the amount and was absolutely perfect. The other funeral home went above and beyond and even called after they completed our services to be sure that everything had gone to our liking and offer their condolences again. They did not treat us like children UNLIKE YOUNGS! Young's was absolutely disgusting, and rude towards me and went directly against what my family asked and then said we were lying! Disgusting people. The lady was even rude when they were picking up my family member.”
