“Dorothy St Fleur performed a miracle from her heart to mine today. As I went to put flowers on my daughter's memorial bench at Kennesaw Memorial Park, it was obvious her bench had been stripped of the flowers and a few minor decorations that are always there, but worse, someone tried to wrench the flower vase off the pedestal, it was on its side when I got there. I called the office, Miss Dorothy answer the phone. I explained what had happened and within 10 minutes she drove out in a golf cart, introduced herself, assessed the situation then spoke with me gently with empathy and assurance .I told her my daughter's anniversary date is approaching and I was about to leave with the flowers in place having cleaned the bench up and placed some different little decorations on the seat of the bench when I found what had happened. Dorothy explained that she would get a work order in place ASAP. She would take care of the flowers for me and re - place them as soon as the vase was fixed. That was more than I would have asked for, she asked when the anniversary date was and told me that she would have them out there the day before. That was even more than I asked for. I just got a text, a photograph and a phone call all from Miss Dorothy giving me proof of the fact that she went above and beyond; she had the people at the park who take care of such things repair and reposition the vase and then she went out to replace the flowers into the vase and took a picture for me. I have family members who are at the Dignity flagship here in Atlanta, and my first born is at the flagship Dignity in Dallas. Over these many long years, my husband and I are used to Dignity's quality of service and empathy from all of their representatives. Today someone went so far above and beyond that I am compelled to say, thank you Dignity, thank you, Kennesaw Memorial Park, thank you most of all,Dorothy St Fleur. If and when the time comes that anyone reading this review needs to make a decision along the lines of the services that a memorial park offers, I can assure you Dignity is there for you every step before , during and long long after. That's quality!!”
