I would rather go to Sioux Falls for medical care, there’s no way on this Earth would I ever be seen by this ER again. Not only am I disgusted with the way I was treated, I am disappointed and extremely angry.”

I just called to reschedule an appointment that was set by the clinic and a Heather answered nice and respectful at first, but when I said who I was and that I needed to reschedule my sons appointment she gave a long sigh; like it’s a huge inconvenience for her! But she did sound like she was very annoyed, saying; you’re gonna have to call the clinic to do that! I was already afraid to take my son there. Now I for sure will ask for a different doctors office!! Already nervous and then you get a rude person on the phone. I’m telling the clinic to please refer a different doctor.”
