As someone reaching out during a sensitive and emotional time, I expected compassion and courtesy, but instead felt dismissed and disrespected. This initial interaction was enough to make me decide not to use their services. While I cannot speak to the quality of the funeral home itself, the way I was treated over the phone left a lasting negative impression.
