“A young man lost his life and many people came to pay tribute. So many, the overflow room needed to be used. With something so important, you think they would be smart enough to do a sound check. People close to the young man needed to leave the overflow 15 minutes in and crowd around the open door of the main funeral space, as they never got the overflow sound to work. Absolutely atrocious! Beware the incompetence when coming here for something so important to so many.”
