“In my time of extreme emotional need, during the moments after my wife died at home, our pre-arranged Neptune contact was able to come through for us after a couple of seemingly unnecessary calling a couple of additional numbers. Within about 2 to 3 hours maximum two very polite gentleman came and quietly took my wife away. The pre-arranged burial at sea was performed without difficulty and her ashes were placed into the water off the coast of San Francisco area. Neptune‘s contacting me for the obituary and the photograph that would be associated with the obituary was extremely well done and the final product they provided was outstanding. For something as difficult as this was for me, the work Neptune did was efficient, well done, comprehensively and completely fulfilling.”

“My husband and I chose Neptune Society as our personal and unified response to how to best see our final journey to the Pearly Gates. Following our discussions on our individual wishes for our own "end of life", we investigated and made the same decision. Neptune Society was our mutual choice. A Representative came to us ad explained the role of Neptune Society. All was made very clear and we understood the wheres, whens, hows and whys of the process. Now, over ten years later, I lost my beloved husband. His Hospice Nurse called the Neptune Society number I gave her following his demise after a long illness. She and I were given immediate help as to procedure. Neptune was true to it's word. Response and care were there for me. Kindness, tenderness, understanding and expediency followed. I have no doubt that when my time comes, my family will be given the same tender, respectful and caring response that my husband and I have been given.”

“I had a very positive experience arranging a preplanned cremation. The process was handled with great compassion, professionalism, and attention to detail, which meant a lot given how sensitive this subject is. Pricing and payment options were very reasonable and manageable. My consultant, Toby Sausedo, was outstanding - attentive, patient, and genuinely caring. He returned calls promptly and guided me through every step, making the process feel calm and manageable. I highly recommend this service to anyone considering preplanning.”
