“This was our cheapest option to have my mother cremated. I guess his name was Peter but he was really rude to my father and I. I was understanding at first when he said I couldn't sign or my dad (who was divorced from mom). I'm her granddaughter and wasn't adopted officially. But my understanding became anger when his lack of compassion peaked out when he told my father and I he was in a hurry and how long would it be for the biological kids to get there when I said two of them where on their way. He was also extremely rude to my Aunt, who is my mom's biological child, each time she called to see if her sister had paid and was only nice when my aunt said she's come pay in full. So really the only good experience is the fact I have my mom's ashes back. So um I guess good job on that. Don't this this is the right business for Peter though.”
