“Can I see your General Price List?”
Federal law (FTC Funeral Rule) requires them to give you itemized pricing. You have every right to ask.
“Do you accept insurance assignment?”

“Nice service, owner is a sweet talker. Nice staff, respectful people. But they did charge extra for flowers on a personalized flower arrangement I asked for. I was charged for Roses & Blue Bonnets, got a complete different set of flowers without notifying or asking what kind of flowers to use. They are very nice until they get their payment & then the communication after is not very good. Just being real & when I spoke to the owner about it, he just said sorry about that.”
