They never stopped, just continuously accommodating for us while keeping us ‘in bounds with our budget. They understood our budget and were very respectful,honest and polite to us. Treated us with absolute class and courtesy! Todd, Justin, and John guided, nurtured and protected our family from our very first contact to our last. They comforted our raw emotions state with Grace, Integrity, Respecting our religion and traditional values. Todd gave me a genuine connection, (as well the entire staff) but it was uninterrupted, the only thing that mattered and available 24 hours a day. (even when he wasn’t necessarily available, your ok’ to call) Always responding in a timely manner, with clear conceptual comprehension and understanding for your arrangements. We never felt rushed or like we were “just business” or unimportant. I mean these folks really knocked it out of the park. I never wanted this day to come, but I wouldn’t have changed the way it happened once it arrived. If you could put “Mom and pop” love and affection on a funeral home - it’s undisputedly Myers funeral chapel! They give you ‘In for a penny; In for a pound’ treatment with full regards to your budget, is what I experienced. The organization of the process was truly comforting. When I walked in I was completely lost and when I walked out we had her service completely planned. They were available and accommodating even in the late hours when we were unsure of how to handle my mother’s passing. They were prompt and considerate of the emotional distress we were experiencing. A true one stop shop of preparing my mother’s body with respect, picking the casket and extras without trying to oversell us just to make a quick buck, prayer cards, programs, flowers, transportation with funeral escorts, absolutely everything so we had nothing to worry about. They even handled the financial aspect of contacting our insurance so we could concentrate on being with our family.
