“I don't recommend anyone going to Moon if you have an family that doesn't like you and is cool with the funeral planner. Because the family members spend alot money on flowers. I'm my mother only child. I had p.o.a and temporary guardianship. I was told that I didn't have an say because my mother has passed on. Even though I paid for the funeral with the help of VA. I didn't have a say in nothing instead opinions. The funeral planner refused to give me any updates after the 1st meeting.I was supposed to do my mother obituary I was force to add my mom sister name including her daughter as special nieces and was told if their names wasn't added my mother wasn't going to have an obituary but i didn't have to include my mother husband 2 daughters. Its was so many names in my mother obituary I had to minimize her life accomplishments. My mother sister pick out 30 picture and only 15 of mines that i pick out was in the video. I didn't wanted no pictures of me in my mom video because it was an supposed to be an celebration of her. I would knew about the last meeting (when you look over everything before the funeral)if Mr.Moon didn't tell me that before hanging up in my face. But the funeral planner to my mom sister and her husband. This was the worst experience of my life on top of me having to bury my mother and having an brain aneurysm. Moon did call me at first to apologize but got mad because he's funeral planner messed up my mother death certificate (misspelled my mom father name and mines)and refused to fix it at the time and I posted on social media and Mr.Moon himself called me cursed me out and hung up in my face on an recorded line because he was trying to talk about my mom sister. My thing was i can careless! My husband called him the next day but got the funeral planner who apologize to him for her mistakes and that when she fixed the death certificate.”
