“First off no one likes to google search this topic the loss of anyone. But these things happen, and thank god Ms.Alonia was there for my family, my mom’s dog was hit by a car and tragically passed away. Ms.Alonia met me at the funeral home to take our dog, our family member into her care. I have worked in the funeral industry for 8 years (for people) never in my life, have I seen someone take care of a pet exactly like a person in my life. From the obituary, to receiving our dogs cremains back. She treats everyone and every pet with complete respect and dignity. She kept in touch daily with us making sure we were okay, making sure we didn’t have any questions, and MOST importantly we knew everything that was happening and when it was happening. Even checking up on us after. There are not words to describe how amazing this women is. My family and I thank her so much. Everyone has the option to let their vet take care of finally disposition of their pet, their family member. But I highly recommend you get them to Ms Alonia so you as well can have the ease of mind. That your fur baby is getting treated exactly how your human family member would be treated. This tragedy with our Joey was extremely traumatic and hard for everyone . Thank god for Ms Alonia”

They even hold a tissue box for you when you need it!! This is just the beginning. Everything is dealt with in a caring and sensitive manner. Absolutely nothing is left out, including laminated memories of my wonderfully sensitive and caring brother. The staff give with their whole heart. Alonia's care team even came to our home at 3:00 A.M.!!! They literally work 24/7. "Someone" added a huge bouquet of flowers to my brother's grave. I don't know how Alonia makes any money!!
