“Can I see your General Price List?”
Federal law (FTC Funeral Rule) requires them to give you itemized pricing. You have every right to ask.
“Do you accept insurance assignment?”
This means they bill the insurance company directly. You don't pay thousands upfront and wait to be reimbursed.
“What's included vs. what's extra?”
Packages may not include everything. Ask about the casket, embalming, transportation, facility fees, and death certificate copies.
Know Your Rights
The FTC Funeral Rule protects you. Every funeral home must provide an itemized General Price List if you ask — in person or over the phone. You are never required to buy a package and can choose services individually. You also have the right to use a casket purchased elsewhere.

“This is a beautiful place for people loves one to rest in peace. My wife grandparents are buried here so we came to visit them and introduce them to our daughter. The water fountain is amazing and the view once you walk inside here is breathtaking.”

“This is a beautiful and peaceful place. Most members of our family purchased the spot there. But there is one thing that we are not happy is regarding grass remover/clean up service. We understood the clean up services/grass cutting every Thursday of a week. The grass mower remove the old flowers. But they also remove/throw or take away even a fresh beautiful flowers that the families just have them there a day, or few days ago which is completely still beautiful and fresh. Even the orchid which last for months. The remove them all empty. We keep telling the grass mower if we see them, they said they are only remove the old /death followers. But the fact they did not do as what they said. I see few retired family visitors who living near by used to come on Wednesday afternoon, take their flowers home then bring back on Thursday afternoon. Our family can not do that since we are not living that close to do same way as other retired visitors. I know a lot of other family have the same issue with us, they are not happy with this. We are only talk once we see there. I hope comment will help and speak up not just for our family but for others as well. I hope the memorial garden management could hear this complaint and do something improvement regarding this service. Thank you.”
