“Not once but twice, I use this funeral home to bury my father and then again to bury my father's brother. I came from out of town. I came from down in New York City to bury my father. After we found him 15 days after his decease, and the funeral home helped me so much. When I arrived, everything was already in place. I made a payment very easily. And the ceremony was done in a very timely manner he was a friend in my time of Need and then not even a yr later I got a phone call from the funeral home when my uncle passed away. There was no next of kin listed but Michael Collins knew that I was the one who buried his brother so he called me with the news and I was not able to get to Rochester New York to to do the final arrangements for my uncle. However, Mr. Collins did everything that was necessary and did so with a payment over a phone he mailed the remains and documents and tied up all loose ends including filing documents to get funding for the services provided Michael Collins was a friend. I would suggest anybody anywhere in the United States that have family in Rochester, New York that need a funeral service to use this service I would recommend him 100% over any other funeral home. It was the best experience I could have had in my time of sorrow. He made it seamless, they made it easy, they gave me comfort, And for sure , I know that my loved ones was placed to rest in a way that they would have approved of thank you , Mr Collins , for everything you've done , for me and my family I would hands down rated my experience with you as the best I could have ever asked for, your more like family to me now and I appreciate you and your family and your business for all the love and support you've shown to me and my family.
