“We had the most terrible experience trying to pre plan a funeral. The pre-planner, robert, was awful to work with. This was a pre-planning so it was not urgent and he became frustrated that I was not communicating is quickly as he felt I should and then blamed me when I didn't remember the directions he had given me. He refused to email communication with me and only would talk to me by phone. In our last conversation, he literally told me it would be best if I found a different funeral home. I'm sorry, I don't do this every day and it's your job to walk me through this. The customer service was absolutely abysmal. Do not use this funeral home!”
— Susan McNeil
“I can’t say enough positive things about how Samantha treated me and my family during such a tough time. She treated us like true family. This woman should run the entire business. She’s remarkable. To top it off, the facility was very clean and arranged well. Highly recommend”
— Jason Kuechenmeister
