“Can I see your General Price List?”
Federal law (FTC Funeral Rule) requires them to give you itemized pricing. You have every right to ask.

“At first, I said let's give this place a try. We did and the experience was horrible. We dealt with Ms. Reina and she was nice at first then things started changing. Ms. Reina told us that the viewing was only going to be from 6-8 pm. So all the family was gathered, and at 8:10 Ms. Reina started turning on and off the lights. Yes, I know it was passed 10 min, but why don't you come up to me and tell me? Not just switch on and off the lights? that was very rude.
