“The worst experience of my life . Jessica was supposed to help me with arrangements for my son , she kept leaving the room to ask other staff for help and when I asked to speak to someone else she said everyone was gone. I signed a release for my sons body to be picked up by my hometown Mortuary, she did not fax the form. JESSICA was also on a nickname basis "JESS" with my sons father who had not spoken to my son in years . This place is all Corporate and uncaring. The only person that was helpful was Richard.”
