Federal law (FTC Funeral Rule) requires them to give you itemized pricing. You have every right to ask.

Not only was he on top of it, he very kindly called to let me know he was on his way to get her himself which gave a small bit of comfort. Pritts is very lucky to have Irvin on their team. He was thorough and calming throughout the entire process. He was easy to reach when we had questions and no detail was missed.
