“Ordered a beautiful Peace Lilly for a viewing which was delivered at 1pm from Sam’s Florist next door. Viewing started at 3pm and we arrived at 6pm. Our plant was not in the room and when I raised it to an attendant they said they could not find it. At 8:30pm it arrived in the room after it had been placed in another viewing for most of the day. I called and spoke to Dell who told me human error happens. I will never again send an arrangement here for a viewing.”
