“Never in all my life have I experience such an unprofessional person in all my life. My daughter passed away and we were left to this funeral home to help us with the arrangements to bring her home. We were promised pending death certificates to help with the custody of the three children. We were promise a time frame of when to retrieve her ashes. To all that was promised, we recieved none of it. To top it off, they lost my daughters jewelry. Her effects were not returned to us.... The man that promised us so much was Ladd... He has no compassion, when we did finally recieved her ashes, he practically throw them in our car window at my husband. Do not us them, run far away from them...
