I have been happy with how well the grounds have been carried for; but was very upset some time back when my Mom’s vase was crushed. I reported it to the office and a replacement was ordered. It took longer than I had expected, but it finally came in. I was very much impressed by the actions of Taniqua. She was very quick to text me it had arrived. I live out of town, and I told her I would come by to see it; but Taniqua surprised me by immediately going to my Mom’s grave and sending me a photo. I was able to drop by the following week and stopped in to meet Taniqua. It is a great comfort to meet with someone who is genuinely kind and understanding. Great job…Taniqua!”
