“We were so impressed with this funeral home! You sometimes hear horror stories from folks about their experiences when a loved one passes but this place was absolutely terrific from the very start. Our first meeting with Jeanna was very comforting and respectful. We were given lots of information with plenty of choices. We never felt pressured in any way and the overall expenses seemed very reasonable and well within our budget. I also appreciated the detailed information on what notifications needed to be made, along with information on coping with grief. You could tell they truly cared. Really took loads of stress off a very stressful time in our lives. Initially, we were going to do a service elsewhere but in the end we circled back to them for assistance in setting up a celebration of life for my mother. We were so glad we did! They really helped turn it into a very successful and uplifting event. The room was perfect and the costs were surprisingly affordable. Food was provided and it was amazing. The kids loved all the brownies and fresh fruit. The staff were fantastic and made sure everything went very smoothly. I cannot say enough good things about their event planners! I provided a couple boxes of mom’s knickknack stuff that spoke a lot about her interests and passions but it was challenging for me to select key items that would accurately reflect who she was as a person in a way that connected well with all the guests that knew her in different ways. Their team in turn added little props and other neat items for a grand display (with flowers and family photos) that blew everyone away. It was if they actually knew my mom personally. None of the guests could believe it was put together by event staff because it so fully expressed our mom and everything she held dear. There’s no way we could have outdone that. I feel quite certain that if my mom were there in spirit, she would definitely have approved.”
