Brookside was there—immediately and unwaveringly—from picking up my papa and grandmother from our home, to guiding me through the necessary paperwork and certificates, creating meaningful slideshows, and providing beautifully crafted memorial folders. Every single staff member I met was beyond exceptional, but I want to especially mention Kara, Jamin, Amanda, Rachael and Mahala for their profound kindness and empathy.
