“My brother was murdered in February 2024, we went with this funeral home because my mother liked them after attending a funeral back in 2022. At first we thought that we had made a great decision with using them to care for my beloved brother but after dealing with this funeral home I wouldn't allow them to bury my dog. I wouldnt even attend a funeral at this funeral home. David wore the perfect mask. He went from professional to gangster within a matter of minutes and so did I but i was moaning a loss, this was his passion (not) matter of fact i think he hates his job. My brother was shot in his head and us the family wanted pictures but was refused us of that right. Ferguson police department did not make our family aware of my borthers injuries and all my family wanted was a picture and they told us no...what do you mean no we trusted you with our family remains and you deny us of our given right to his body. That was just the beginning of my frustration with the McClendon Dad and Sons. This being me and my family first time planning a funeral we got little help but they made sure they got paid matter of fact David told me the states pays before insurance does. My mom who is in her 60 and losing her first born was unable to handle alot so I did most of the planning and when I say I was very disappointed No compassion and no sympathy. They also talked behind our backs but someone was recording them. He thought less of my brother and i felt the same about him. David knows exactly who I am and if David really wanted to make it right he had plenty of time to do so. I understand family funeral home money is great but if you don't have a heart for the business find something us...let one of ya cousins join the family business.
