“Several years ago -like 10- had the awkward experience of ensuring all items were as needed with my wife for her (then still living) mother. When her father had passed many years earlier it was decided to give her mom a chance to pick out her stuff. After some years went by, we had the horrible experience of her mother passing unexpectedly at home, just after dinner. Mr. Hoffman said he'd have everything in order, simply call the number. As we had moved to a different county by then I wasn't sure it'd be that seamless. It was.
