“Can I see your General Price List?”
Federal law (FTC Funeral Rule) requires them to give you itemized pricing. You have every right to ask.
“Do you accept insurance assignment?”

“There are so many positive things to mention I wasn’t sure where to start. My mom had a burial account arranged which was very helpful for us. When my niece first saw the room designated for my mother prior to the visitation time she said it was perfect! She said my mother would love it. My mother was a teacher and she loved gardening and her family. The room had been decorated with gardening tools and little plants and appropriate decorative signs. The flowers on either side of the box with my mom’s ashes were stunning. We also chose to have food and beverages offered in the hospitality room and that was very popular. Everything was presented very nicely. We were treated very kindly by all staff involved. We would definitely recommend using the Dengler, Roberts, Perna Funeral Home.”
