“Absolutely amazing top-notch service and so unexpected! I live in California, not familiar with any florist in the Henderson area. My daughter recently moved and she lives near her in-laws. It was her mother-in-law‘s birthday today and I asked my daughter what florist would be near her so because this one was open till 7 pm and it was after 5 I needed to get the flowers ordered I picked this one and boy was I lucky I picked right the owner Debbie answered. I’m pretty sure this is a family owned business. She was so friendly and helpful and when I called, I was unprepared and was trying to find the address I wanted it sent to. She was so patient And so helpful. Gave me some suggestions I decided on a beautiful lavender waterfall orchid Very responsive text me the next day this beautiful orchid see picture that she was actually going to send no florist has ever done that. I actually got to see what I had purchased. It was so much more beautiful than I even thought it was a windy day So she wanted to make sure the recipient was Home before it was delivered. Call her in the morning and when she didn’t hear back had reached out to me to let me know she was waiting for the call. Finally got notified after 5 o’clock that someone was home so I reached out to tell her and even though it was after 5 they still delivered the flowers heard great feedback about the delivery that the delivery person was so sweet and when they offered to tip him he said he was already taken care of on the other side super honest! The whole experience was amazing from my end of it to the recipient delivery And the most beautiful orchid anyone has ever seen! So glad that I chose this florist and this will definitely be our new family go to for all occasions! Thank you Debbie!!!”

“I called and spoke with Debbie to order a flower arrangement for delivery. She made the process SO easy and seamless, and the product was beautiful on top of that. My friend just had a baby at a hospital in Henderson and my other friends and I wanted to send her a bouquet of flowers from us all, none of which live in Nevada at all. I was able to send a beautiful arrangement through a phone call all the way from the Midwest and I just cannot stress how wonderful the service truly was. She was even able to deliver it the same day, just a couple of hours later which no other service provided. 10/10, I would use this florist again and I’m so happy that I found this cute small business by the luck of Google! :)”
