The did not follow directions, made several mistskes with the spelling of her name and Patrick belongs to the same church my mom belonged to. My address was botched and so was my emailing address even when he was asked to correct the email address he did not do so because it was mishandled once again, handle her body upon pick up roughly when removing her items suchs as rings from her fingers as if she was no longer a person. It was not appreciated by the family especially my brother who watched the entire event. We will no longer use their services in the future.Cold and callouse..
