“Haynes was instructed to remove a ring from my mother's finger and return the ring to me and my brother. The ring could only be cut off for removal, and now 8 weeks later this so called business can not find my mother's ring. It seems to me as though someone at Haynes has decided to appropriate the ring for their own personal collection. I was refered to Haynes for a family friend and believe, that friend is getting an ear full as well. Kevin Peacock, funeral director) was supposed to call my on this issue 8 weeks ago and I just finally spoke with him because I've been calling for 8 weeks now!!!
