Emma Watson helped me plan my husband’s funeral, and she was truly wonderful throughout the entire process. She was kind, gentle, attentive, and incredibly helpful, and she made an overwhelming situation feel much more manageable. Emma truly went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. There was even an issue with the flowers that was not her fault at all, but she personally drove off site to make sure everything was corrected and that the flowers were perfect. That level of care and dedication meant so much to me and my family. Dolly was also great and provided wonderful support. The entire team treated us with compassion, patience, and respect, and it made a very difficult day a little easier to get through. I sincerely hope I’m never in the position of needing to plan another funeral, but if I ever am, I would absolutely reach out to Cook-Walden again. “My mother had asked me to help her plan her funeral a few years before she passed. My sister and I only had some minor details to address after our mother passed away. The staff, Leslie, Eddie and Tia, were extremely courteous and polite with respect to every aspect. Our one regret was that the Cook-Walden server went down the day of the rosary (and was still down the day of her funeral Mass), and our mother's music could not be heard when music was a massive part of who our mother was, she always loved to have music playing in the car and home. But the staff were exceedingly attentive to every need. And the flowers were FANTABULOUS. We loved that family made so many comments about how beautiful the floral arrangements were.”
