“Can I see your General Price List?”
Federal law (FTC Funeral Rule) requires them to give you itemized pricing. You have every right to ask.
“Do you accept insurance assignment?”

Know Your Rights

“Thank you is not enough for the service they provided, I can tell you about how the parking lot fit more then 63 cars, welcoming over 250 people to pay their respects to my father But why I chose this, was because of Lou himself along with his sidekick his wife Susan who helped me through those tough times while my father was still in hospice, spoke to me like a friend, and told me the procedure, as not everyone knows what to do when your loved one passes away. So when my father passed away, DiGacamo Funeral Home is the one I called first. Lou and Susan made everything possible to get everything done right, even to the tiniest detail, Lou would not leave anything to chance. He wanted to get it done right like he was doing it for his own father.
