“Glenn must not have been pleased to realize my family responsibly planned and paid for every last detail of my grandfather’s funeral before he died. He had no opportunity to oversell or up charge on a single detail involved and therefore treated my entire family with an attitude and arrogance throughout the entire pre-funeral & funeral process. Unfriendly, authoritative, unwilling to flex and dismissive. When we called him on it, he completely freaked out and acted like a big unprofessional man child. In addition, we were charged a $595 fee for using the funeral home space for a vigil that never took place. Shame on you, sir.
