“We paid for a large number of death certificates, after almost 3 months we ended up going to the county and buying what we needed. This place never called when they received the certificates. Now they want to charge me more money to send them to me in the mail. So it's pay another $15 to have them mailed or drive 3 hours one way to pick them up. It also took almost 6 weeks to have my family member cremated and another week to receive his remains. I do not recommend this place at all”

“Losing my mother, was the hardest thing to hit me out of the blue. this funeral home made things very easy in handling this process. It was a deep headache dealing with family and trying to honor my mother. They gave me the guidance that I needed to bring her to rest and help me understand the cremation process. The funeral Director has the biggest heart that you can have in life. I enjoy conversation with him, and also the advice he gave me for future plans. I just want to thank everyone at this funeral home for their loving hospitality and humbleness through my process of grieving. Thank you guys so much and I hope God continues to bless you all.”

“Oh they were courteous alright. And u get what u pay for. terrible place I wouldn't send my worst enemy too. Not only people picking up my brother who did not pass along important information, but home staff blew it off w pretty words. I was ignored with questions of why they washed my brothers shirt in a filthy washer wen I asked for it not to be washed in their biohazard machine. Other things cremated with him or thrown away due to "biohazard" when they were to b returned. Finally cremated 12 days later and I am returned an urn with someone else's name on tag! Sure I found his name on urn finally, had to get my glasses to see it, but added cremains wo authorization. Who says I am keeping all the cremains? Just a hassle I didn't need. But the real question is "is it my brothers cremains or?" I am devastated already but even more so that I let these ppl put their hands on my brother who was treated badly all his life, treat him almost assuredly w such blatant disrespect. His name is BRAD DANIEL DEWEY! He was a living person who mattered! Not throwed in a burner to be gotten rid of with no thoughts or cares. It's my fault because I was trying to not line pockets with his death. I will forever feel and know this and take all blame for again trusting mere humans to care. He mattered to me. I love him. I'm sorry Brad. 🥺”
