They took care of everything from the flowers to the music to the pictures for the video presentation. The facility itself is really nice; viewing rooms are tastefully decorated, they have the kitchen downstairs for family to have food, and they even have a room set aside for kids to play in, with a TV, games and toys. All of the staff was very sensitive to our needs. They even arranged to meet me the next day, which was a Saturday, to pick up all the flowers, food and gifts that we weren’t able to fit in our vehicles after the service.
