“As l sit reading these offer comments about a number one funeral home, I really wonder why? First, allow me to say I’m so sorry about Mr. Johnson, prayers to that family. I can honestly say it wasn’t the funeral’s home at fault. I know you are angry, upset, hurt, and disheartened, but don’t down grade a man because of hear say. I used this funeral home for my family. Do your research people and understand why things happen the way they do. I’ve known them for a very long time, and I can say I would not put my love ones in the care of anyone else. I now live in another state, but Harrington must do my family funerals. He drove all the way to Augusta for one of my family members. I’m so sad to see how you all was disrespectful to a man of integrity. Most of you probably haven’t use this funeral home. Stop it! I pray for each of you as well as families grieving the lost of a love one. Regardless of all this negative reviews, they continue to serve the folks in Valdosta. Actions speak louder than words. They must be doing something right.”
