“I was very disappointed attending my neighbor Mr. Albert Devers gravesite services at Northwest Veterans Cemetery on September 26, 2025. There was no funeral attendant or funeral director from Precious Memories Mortuary to acknowledge or thank the family. The officiating minister asked if someone from the funeral home was there with committal flowers to no avail. It looks like you treat families differently depending on if they are high profile or not. Please treat the bereaved families better no matter who they are. Jacqueline R. Miller”
