“Where do we start. Mom had a contract with them everything setup and I was paying on it monthly for her. Mom pass we had to go in to go over it. Kevin (I think that was his name) told us he had to put it all on a new form. Everything stood same other than dealth certificates and I wanted a cross which I was going to pay for. He wanted me to sign my cousin ask him if that makes me liable for remaining balance as it is my nephew who is to take care of per insurance and will. He said no just that we went over Everything your mom wanted and make sure stays same. We gave him nephew info but it turns out they are going after me. Then mom had a spot on her nose with no makeup, makeup was to dark, and they had her head facing us which made it hard on family. I would not recommend them!”
