From the moment they picked my dad up the night he passed, all the way through the end of his service, she was so kind, compassionate, and attentive. She was always available to answer questions (no matter how small), and she made sure every detail of the memorial service was exactly how we wanted it. She genuinely cared. Something else that really stood out was their pricing. In such a vulnerable time, when it can feel like some places take advantage of grieving families, their costs were significantly more reasonable than many others we looked into. That kind of integrity speaks volumes. They aren't in the business to only make a profit. We actually used them back in 2008 when my grandmother passed away. We were so pleased with the care and service then that there was no question we would use them again for my dad. Once again, they exceeded our expectations. “On July 1st 2025, my wife of 40 years fell in our home and ended up with a brain bleed requiring brain surgery. My wife was in a coma for 4 days and we almost lost her then. I started to plan a funeral and contacted the Central Fl Casket Store and Funeral Chapel. Mike was a huge help going over the options and subsequent costs then my wife woke up and started her recovery. For the next 6 month my wife recovered, then suddenly on early morning of January 9th, 2026, I got an early morning call from the skilled nursing facility with the news my wife had passed. We reached out to Mike and arrangements were made for him to pick up my wife’s remains which was quick. The next morning Mike introduced me to Candice who immediately took over. We spent next to no time finalize all arrangements. We are retired military and we had already planned to be laid to rest at the Fl National Cemetery in Bushnell, FL. My wife’s transportation to the National Cemetery was seamless. The cost and whole process from the start to finish was superb.
