“There are rules to follow, but HMC should do its due diligence and follow its own rules in keeping the place looking fresh and beautiful. My mother's resting place is the mausoleum that faces the Organ Mountains. This wall is full of hard water deposits and mineral buildup created by the water sprinkler. How about having your work crew clean the wall and adjust the sprinkler system. The wall looks dingy and unappealing. Your lack of attention on your behalf is less than professional. You're quick to remove any seasonal or holiday ornaments along with fresh flowers from the graves. Rules and Policies are a two-way street, how about HMC holding up its end.”

“My experience honestly is on the minus side of the scale. Rules and Policies are a two way street. It seems that HMG only enforces one side and not theirs. Quick to remove fresh flowers and any holiday/seasonal ornaments. My mother's mausoleum wall faces the Organ Mountains. It is dingy and unappealing because the water from sprinkler system hits the wall leaving a film of hard water and mineral deposits. It is unprofessional on your behalf to concentrate only on one side of the Rules and Policies. HMG, what will do about it?”

“Way too many rules and regulations that make no sense. The property lacks proper mowing and watering. Have way too many gravesites that have been there several years and still have no grass They remove flowers that could be there several months but they think it's proper to remove them way too quickly They concentrate on all the wrong things. They need to be more sensitive to the loved one's family and respectful to our loved ones who are lying there and they're property. The trees are humongous and never get trimmed when the wind blows all the bark falls on the graves. Pretty soon they’re gonna uproot and destroy An uplift the expensive tombstones. It seriously needs a lot of attention you can’t walk on the ground without getting your shoes full of stickers. It is very frustrating. The cemetery over in Deming, New Mexico is 10 times better than this one owner needs to pay more attention to the grounds”
