From the very beginning, Lindsey handled every detail with kindness, patience, and respect. Every single wish for the service, no matter how specific, were completely honored, and we were given the opportunity to decorate and spend private time with him beforehand — something that was profoundly meaningful to us. She also helped by placing some final touches, that was definitely a gesture handled with so much compassion, something we will never forget! Dad looked peaceful and perfect, and the care taken with every detail reflected true dignity. Carrie did an incredible job with the slideshow and memorial materials. They were beautifully done, and receiving a copy of the service and slideshow in a keepsake box was an unexpected and treasured gift. Alexis was wonderful by spending the coldest day of the year to organize those arriving in the proper cemetery order. She also stayed with our Dad until he was peacefully laid to rest, which brought such a profound comfort. Alaynah was fantastic and did a great job helping to make the service respectful, peaceful, and sincere. She made sure everything ran smoothly the day of and she was the one who drove our Dad to his final resting place with such grace and kindness. Throughout the entire process, we felt guided, supported, and never rushed. They didn’t simply plan a service — they walked beside us through one of the hardest days of our lives and helped us honor our dad in a way that brought peace to our hearts. We are deeply grateful.”
