THANK YOU for allowing the personal touches we wanted incorporated into Johnny’s brochure, songs, pictures, visitation, service, luncheon and burial which were truly meaningful to our family and which you allowed us to carry out. I really do not feel like everyone truly understands what all goes into a beautiful funeral service from beginning to end. You and your staff went ABOVE and BEYOND in personally greeting and assisting me during the last two and a half weeks in my over twenty or more visits there. (That does not include the texts to you and your staff, and the many phone calls, etc, I mean I could go on….) Oh, I MUST mention that you and your staff moved and rearranged most all of your furniture in almost every room of your facility to accommodate my visions of the perfect visitation, service , luncheon and burial that we wanted for Johnny. AND IT WAS ALL PERFECT. Additionally, accommodating my requests for a different format for the brochure, additional photographs and songs for the picture reel and the bringing in of pine tree branches, magnolia branches and many other personal items for use by our decorator. Thereafter, you and your staff even boxed them all up and delivered everything to us. Thanks for being my LONG time friend♥️ (I know I’m still being talked about by everyone there😳 but that’s okay).My uncle Johnny would not have wanted me to act normal during this time.
