“November 2024. This is a very difficult time I lost my son. Rick made the process of answering heart felt questions easy and not so solemn like other funeral directors. RIck noticed I was starting to tear up and quickly handed me a box of tissue. He listened to my concerns about investigating detictivive who i have to contact as they are not asking questions about my sons death to anyone. I want an investigation. RlIck assured me he will let me know when he is able to pick up my son before picking him up. I need to know so I can see if detective finished investigation or is ignoring my request.
