Ruth did not just provide a service she treated my family like her own family. My sister’s funeral took place on August 27, 2025, and Ruth supported me every step leading up to that day, with compassion that felt heaven-sent. From the moment my sister Rose Esthere Lacroix passed away in such a tragic and unexpected way, Ruth walked with me through every step with compassion, patience, and a heart full of sincerity. This was my first time ever having to arrange a funeral, and I was overwhelmed, broken, and lost. Ruth wasn’t only a funeral director she became a therapist, a counselor, a guide, and a true blessing. She understood the pain of our situation as if she had known my sister personally. She didn’t just do her job she cared. When I was trying everything I could to bring my mother and my sister’s son from Haiti to attend the funeral, Ruth worked with me without hesitation. She extended time, supported every request, and gave me every possible chance to reunite my family to say goodbye. She never rushed me, never pressured me, and never once made it about money. Her service was pure humanity, with a level of kindness you rarely find in any business today. I truly believe God places certain people in your path during the hardest moments of life, and Ruth was one of those people for us. Without her, my sister’s funeral would not have been possible. She stood with me through one of the most painful chapters of my life, and for that, I will always be grateful. Thank you, Ruth, from the deepest place in my heart.
