“I am thankful to post this review. I was unaware of what to do as my father was passing and unfortunately the family had made no plans. I had 2 referrals, one of those being Newcomer. I called both, and Newcomer call back promptly, I have never heard back from the other. It was the evening after hours, I spoke to a very professional young lady named Alexis who was caring and prompt. She quickly had a care team member call me back and they answered Every question and more, even pricing, they were very upfront. They gave me direction without me even committing yet, and there was Never any pressure at all, just them looking out for my families best interest. I did my research as quickly as I could and found them to be very fair. When we met with Michael the Director in charge, I and my sister were completely put at ease and he helped lead us through the entire process. Michael always explained Everything and all options, and if we asked for direction he gave us facts for us to make the best decision for our family. Both Michael and Newcomer's way of doing business is carefully executed as a gift and a ministry. Even as we chose options he never pushed anything, he just helped very efficiently the whole way through the process. We had to make a change for a viewing, not scheduled, and only for days in advance. They not only did it, but my father looked phenomenal, Stacy did an outstanding job. Dad looked at peace, which gave my mom and family peace and comfort, that was our goal and theirs's also. The graveside service was beyond what we expected, absolutely done with care, concern and professionalism. The Memorial of life service was attended by 150 plus people and Newcomer and Michael were there to insure all went perfect without a problem. It is hard to find a business that really puts the customer first, and with care and service. Thankyou to Michael and Newcomer for coming along side us and helping us during this time.”
