Know Your Rights
Under the FTC Funeral Rule, funeral homes must give price information by telephone and a written General Price List when you visit in person. Federal law does not require them to send the list by mail or email. You can select individual goods and services and use a casket purchased elsewhere.

“Went here for the a friend's relative's funeral and it scarred me for life!! The place looks like a run down garage. They put the dead body in and turn on the fire. It was so loud you could hear grinding noise coming out of the thing. Ever watch Saw movies and someone getting cut in halves with a grinder? It was exactly like that. Needless to say ALL the relatives, INCLUDING friends were crying as the noise got louder. You would think places like this use some kind of sound proof material to keep it quiet, you'd be wrong.
