The staff at Lady's were the warmest and friendliest that I have experienced and were always on hand and easy to consult with. While using the other funeral home, we found ourselves in need of a service that they were unable to provide. Knowing how helpful Lady's was, I contacted them and Caroline was more than willing to help us with that, and although this service wasn't with Lady's, they didn't charge us a dime for it.
