“My Dad is nearing the end of his hospice journey.In order to be prepared we looked up the white Funeral Homes. On the website, they state that they will help with pre-planning. My Mom called to make an appointment. The Mr. White that she spoke to was NOT helpful! He told her she should stay home and spend his last days with her husband. She said she wanted to get preparations set so she wouldn’t have to worry about it when the time comes. He repeated that she should spend time with my Dad instead of doing this. It was harsh and offensive, especially since they advertise that they will help with preplanning. For him to insinuate that she was not spending enough time with my Dad was not acceptable. We found another funeral home that kindly helped her with pre-planning.”
