“I’m disappointed to share that our experience with T. Carrillo Funeral Service was unfortunately negative during an already very difficult time for our family. Communication was poor throughout the process. We were repeatedly told that certain things would be completed by specific dates, but those deadlines would pass with no follow-up or update. We often had to reach out ourselves to ask for information when promised timelines were not met. The lack of clear and proactive communication led to confusion and added unnecessary stress during an emotional period.
